The Ultimate Breakthrough
Having worked with over 150 participants in Breakthrough I think everyone has a certain something that holds them back. People rise to a certain level and then stop, unable to go further, no matter how hard they work.
The typical symptoms you experience can range from a feeling that you are not performing at your best through to being completely worn out and overwhelmed. If you have suffered any kind of emotional trauma, you’ll know if you are still carrying that unhelpful burden around with you.
People’s greatest fear is: is this it? Is this as good as it gets? Fortunately, the answer is no.
If you want a clear head and not be overwhelmed anymore, if you want a spring in your step rather than being tired, if you want to be rid of stress, anxiety and pain – then Breakthrough is for you.
To use a sporting analogy, Ultra Breakthrough is the difference between being a Premiership player or a Champions League player.

You will notice:
- After the first intervention, you will start to feel better and look forward to the rest of the process

shoulders, and you’ll be unused to the feeling of lightness, clarity and calm - The chatter in your head will be quieter and less frantic. You will feel peaceful

The Breakthrough model
The model of ultimate breakthrough has four levels: Values; Emotions: Beliefs; and Tension.
To go through the process, we’ll:
- complete your values inventory, and elicit any inherent contradictions
- work through your life history and your transformation wheel
- eliminate any unresolved negative emotions
- identify and eliminate any limiting beliefs
- relax physical tensions from within the body
- explore any unmet needs that could be holding you back
- have two follow-up calls if needed to deal with downstream releases
In total, the process can take up to 3 weeks. In the first week, we’ll focus on getting you started with your preparation. In the second week, we’ll complete all the procedures. This might be done in one day face to face or in a series of Zoom or Skype calls. In the third week, we’ll have a couple of follow-up calls to check in and see how you are feeling.
How much does the Ultimate Breakthrough costs?
Ultra Breakthrough costs £4k (+VAT for UK-based clients) per person. Payment is made at signup.
After Ultra Breakthrough you will feel calmer and happier. You will be less likely to feel anxious, angry, or depressed. You will experience greater mental clarity and resilience. You may find too that you are able to lose weight and gain physical fitness more easily than in the past.
At Breakthrough Leadership we are great believers in the concept we call the business athlete. Physical fitness and mental fitness go together, particularly after Ultra Breakthrough.

Remember that the Ultra Breakthrough process works when you do. We don’t do the work for you, but we’ll guide you every step of the way. You don’t have to tell us everything, but it often helps when you do!
When you’ve finished, the breakthrough you have achieved will stay with you for the rest of your life as well as positively influencing those around you.
