I entered the session with a healthy level of scepticism but can safely say I have been eulogising to many people just what a difference the one session made to me. It was like an instant transformation with me having a greater level of understanding of the obstacles my experiences were putting in the way and were now behind me. Having just completed the group breakthrough process, I can tell you I feel lighter and calmer. I’m getting things done that previously I would have avoided. Incidents that previously would have irritated me, now no longer bother me.

During the process, I was able to access real feelings from the past, deal with stuff I didn’t know was there, and release it. I felt sensations in my head and on my face as I released that old emotion, something I had never experienced before.

I came to the online group breakthrough because I had a sneaking suspicion that I needed to deal with something, even though I didn’t know what it was.

I really enjoyed the process that John took us through. It wasn’t scary at all. In fact witnessing the transformation of others was very powerful and I came out of the process feeling uplifted and positive. Because the entire process is content free it was possible to see and hear other people get the transformation without knowing the content or context, so there is no need to be concerned over what you will reveal to others.

Along the way, I realised I had a limiting belief around selling and I have been able to take that out. Overall I feel lighter, and freer than I felt before, and I’m pushing my clients harder than before too.

The practical techniques you demonstrated to all to eliminate negative emotions and limiting beliefs and the darn stuff that holds us back from moving forward were powerful and more importantly effective – it works, thanks!

If you are anything like me, you are a normal functioning person the same as anybody else. Not perfect, but normal. Perhaps not quite content with your focus at work, maybe a bit frustrated with your own behaviour and performance, or disappointed by your own reactions under stress.

You don’t need to think you need help, and you definitely know people who are more messed up than you. Then you are like me.

John quietly and confidently talks you through a very private daydream, with you only listening to John as he guides you on a flight above your memories. This is the opposite of a “talking” therapy session. No skills, no special strength or resolve needed.

I was astonished by the places my memories took me during Breakthrough, and how much trash I could clear up in my own head. This is a very private experience, I don’t think I spoke out loud at all.

Yet I have gained clarity of thinking, and focus. I have dismantled a deeply rooted set of behaviours that held me back and caused hurt to others. Somehow, I have given myself permission to be happier than ever before, and be a significantly better me. And I’m loving every moment of it!

It was curiosity that prompted me to join John’s sessions. I didn’t consider myself in need of any help, although like everybody I have events in my past that have shaped me today. It was a very gentle process. I am quite a left-brain person and so had to relax into letting my right brain get a look-in.

The results though, it was not an in-your-face sort of change! I woke up the following morning and realised after a while that I had a real sense of calm. The following week I slept soundly every night, without my brain suddenly turning on at 4 a.m. in the morning, despite having masses going on in my life at the time due to COVID-19.

John has helped me make a massive difference to my business. Before John started coaching me I was forever embroiled in the daily running of the business doing the same things every day because that’s the way they had always been done.

John encouraged me to step back and look at the bigger picture. I went from doing almost everything myself to putting systems in place that have helped the business grow whilst also running more smoothly. I went from working from home to operating from the office I had dreamt of which has separated work and home life for me. I work fewer hours with a small staff and contractors that our systems helped get on board quickly and easily.

I have been able to release myself from a lot of the things that I wasn’t great at and consequently didn’t enjoy doing that were just a vicious circle. I now concentrate on developing and running the lighting consultancy side of the business which is where my skills and interest really lie.

The systemising has had a further, originally unseen benefit. It allowed me to develop an online training course helping Interior Designers, Home Stagers, self-builders, and homeowners to do their own lighting design. This has allowed me to service a wider range of people and, with developing some other lighter touch methods of lighting consultancy, to make lighting design more accessible for those on tighter budgets.

Instead of continually doing the “same old” there is always a plan in place that we are chipping away at for where the business is going next. Watch this space…

In the past, I’ve attended a few of John’s presentations and I have always been impressed by his profound level of subject knowledge, especially when it comes to changing one’s mindset. So when the opportunity presented itself to participate in his 3-day Breakthrough workshop I didn’t hesitate a moment to join.

We retained John for our world wide sales and business development training. The challenge was to take an amalgamation of young/old and very diverse group of sales associates that came from very different backgrounds within the power electronics space and create a common approach to the marketplace. Part, training and personal development, part simply getting a group from 14 offices around the world to understand and agree a common culture from which to develop, John designed and implemented a balanced and engaging program. The result was individual improvement, initiative as well as a renewed sense of purpose from the team. Results matter and John connected at all levels. I came to John after a presentation where he described how many people are held back from their potential by unresolved emotions triggered by past events in their life.

I am a consultant and a yoga teacher and have employed a variety of holistic therapies over the years, but none were as quick or as prolific as John’s timeline therapy work.
