How Do I Know That I Need to Breakthrough ?
There is a very simple test question in order to know if you need to breakthrough. Are you at peace with yourself and who you are? If the answer is yes, then why are you reading this? Are you kidding yourself, are you in denial? Ask your partner or your children if you have them?

Sometimes our feelings are a bit like a sixth sense. We know that we are capable of more than we are currently achieving but we have no idea why we can’t access the level of performance that, deep down, we know we are capable of.
Sometimes we know what we need to do but we just don’t do it and we don’t know why. Instead we label ourselves as procrastinators.
Others torment themselves, imposter syndrome being a good example. No matter how many qualifications you have, how much expertise, how much experience, you are still your harshest critic. How’s that working for you? Not well, right?
