He was very clear, engaging and helpful. A few discussions helped us get clarity on what was needed - where we'd talked around this for ages ourselves without that clarity. John had a way to engage people and get consensus quickly. Much appreciated.Julie BellTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our meeting began with a cheery threat, 'Talk to me at your own risk,' I had no idea how transformative our conversation would become. What started as a casual coffee meeting quickly unfolded into a profound journey of personal liberation. I soon found myself unexpectedly vulnerable, my emotions rising and anxiety surfacing. Yet, instead of feeling exposed, I experienced something remarkable. John didn't just listen – He unlocked something deep within me, skillfully removing the invisible ceiling that had long held me back. In our conversation, I gained a clarity I hadn't realized was possible, and I felt empowered. The encounter was far more than a professional consultation - It was indeed a breakthrough for me. His calm presence created a safe, understanding space that allowed me to navigate my inner landscape with surprising gentleness. John's unique ability to hold space – to listen without judgment and guide with empathy – His approach seamlessly blends professional insight with profound emotional intelligence, creating a rare and powerful form of support that truly liberates the human spirit. I met John within 24 hours of sending my request to the universe to meet the best business coach in London! He calls himself a breakthrough coach, which perfectly describes his work. For a long time, I felt like I had hit my "glass ceiling," but for me, it felt more like a thick glass wall. I could see amazing opportunities beyond it, but couldn’t break through to move past it. This was incredibly frustrating and stopped me from growing my already successful career to the next level. I began working with John, starting with an initial meeting where I felt ready for my own personal breakthrough. The next step was traveling to his office in the English countryside, where I spent a day breaking through psychological blocks and replacing limiting beliefs with healthy mindsets. I must admit, it was a tough day, but I felt much better at the end of it. You need to be prepared to work on yourself! We then arranged ongoing weekly meetings on Teams to track my progress, remove any remaining blocks and continue replacing limiting beliefs. John is also phenomenal at providing valuable business advice on various topics. As an accomplished business leader, he has vast experience in navigating different business scenarios. It’s been a few weeks since I started working with John, and I've already received two amazing job offers from companies I once only dreamed of working for. This has also positively impacted my personal life - I’ve developed healthier habits in eating, exercising, reduced alcohol consumption and improved my relationships. I strongly believe that achieving a healthy work-life balance is essential for any successful professional to reach their full potential!Julia AtlasovaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been coached personally by John and experienced first-hand his coaching skills with clients at all levels from Chief Executive to Line Manager in organisations big and small. He is a charismatic and visionary thinker who can quickly analyse a business situation and then work with individuals or teams to develop effective solutions and action plans that are really owned. He is very tuned into a team’s dynamics and assesses individuals’ strengths and weaknesses. As a consequence, resources are realigned effectively to achieve business goals more quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending John as someone who can really get the best out of an individual, team, or business.

John’s knowledge, advice and input into our business have had a huge impact. Not only has his support, advice and wise counsel really had an impact on us as individuals, but it has also made us stand back and take a good, hard look at our business and identify areas on which to build. I would have no hesitation in recommending John as a person who will have an extremely positive effect on both you and your business.
